We process business contact details - name, business email address, telephone number, employer and job role - in order to contact estate agency branches and property professionals about reservation agreements. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in business-to-business marketing.

Those details come from publicly published sources, such as a firm's own website or a public professional register, and from people who give them to us directly.

We do not process special category data, we do not use automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent or share contact details with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep business contact details only while they remain relevant, and we remove them immediately on request. Every email we send carries a working one-click unsubscribe link.
